The century old practice of cooking over the large wood stove at the estate kitchen is still followed. 

The Earth Reserve's Grape & Sweet Lime Preserve is defined by its fruity presence, thick consistency and a beautiful purple hue. The flavours and colours are all natural. This homemade wonder does not contain any added chemicals.
